Live-Transcription provides real-time AI-powered transcription and translation services that burn subtitles directly into live video streams. Our Service includes:

• Real-time speech-to-text transcription
• AI-powered translation between multiple languages
• Server-side subtitle burn-in technology
• HLS stream processing and delivery
• API access for programmatic integration
• Dashboard for managing transcription jobs

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use Policy

Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions to process the content through our Service. This includes obtaining proper licenses for any copyrighted material.

Generated Transcriptions: Transcriptions and translations generated by our AI are provided "as-is" and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of generated content before distribution.

6. Payment Terms

Certain features of the Service require payment. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as described in your selected plan
• Provide accurate billing and payment information
• Authorize recurring charges for subscription plans
• Accept that unused hours do not roll over to subsequent billing periods (unless specified)

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy available on our website.

7. Service Availability and SLA

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or security purposes. For paid plans, our Service Level Agreement (SLA) details are available upon request.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, algorithms, designs, and documentation, is owned by Live-Transcription and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without our written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIVE-TRANSCRIPTION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Live-Transcription and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
